Mains (Alternate Drop) 

– Chargrilled Chicken Supreme stuffed with camembert, garlic
butter, and toasted pine nuts served with scallop potatoes, green beans,
roasted corn and topped with hollandaise 

– Garlic & Herb Lamb Cutlets served on pomme puree,
broccolini and Dutch carrots with brandy and tarragon jus 

Dessert (Alternate Drop) 

– Delicate Chocolate Cake filled with decadent caramel ganache, topped with sinful caramel ganache, served with
raspberry coulis, chocolate rolling wafers, fresh raspberries, vanilla ice cream and cream

Public tickets available from 10am, Friday.
